Our products are tested and immaculately packed. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will arrange replacement.
All our products are lined-up for delivery on the same day of the order. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours (other than the customized and specially ordered pieces).
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. All Sunday orders will be shipped only on Monday.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next working day.
We deliver within 3-11 days to anywhere in India, but unexpected delays do occur. So please plan ahead for sufficient buffer time.
When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available.
