Refund and Returns Policy

  1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products: We do not provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, the products which are working good. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original unopened condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Damaged or Faulty Products: We only provide free replacement for products if they are defective or damaged when received. Upon receiving the product, buyer is suggested to make a short unboxing video displaying each items clearly as a proof. If you have recieved damaged/ broken or faulty part, show the damage clearly in proof video. If you receive a damaged or non-working product, please contact us at sales@byteblues.com or WhatsApp at 7292003003 with your order number, photos, short video of the product condition. No Damaged or Faulty Claim will be entertained without unboxing video proof and photos. The buyer should raise such claim immediatley upon receiving the product within 12hrs.

  3. Replacement Procedure: To start the replacement process, email us at sales@byteblues.com with photos, video of the damaged or faulty product and your order number. Once replacement request is accepted we will arrange for the return pickup. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you replacement item.

  4. No Replacement Available: If a replacement unit is not available for the damaged or faulty product, we will issue a refund for your order. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

  5. Non-returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products returns that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  6. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
